Hello! I'm Stephanie, and I'm so glad you stopped by!
I'm Stephanie Reiter, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and classroom teacher from Boise, Idaho. I teach individuals and families how to personalize nutrition and lifestyle plans to heal their guts and balance their hormones so they can get to the root cause of dysfunction and restore wellness within themselves. I envision a world where every man, woman and child is living their best life because they embrace health and wellness as their number one priority. You'll find me providing services both in person in the Treasure Valley and virtually online. You can also occasionally find me giving talks and lectures about nutrition and wellness around the Boise area. And of course, during the school year, you'll find me in the classroom teaching kiddos how to be better humans.
I received my teacher education from California State University, Long Beach, my health coach certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, my functional nutritional therapy practitioner training through the Nutritional Therapy Association, and my restorative wellness instruction through Restorative Wellness Solutions. You can learn more about my education and training here. I'm also a RESTART instructor, a highly trained and sought after reading specialist, a New Hope Network Influencer and former Trader Joe's crew member originally from the Los Angeles area.
It's time we take back our health with real food.
By fueling your body with real food and making your health a priority, you can accomplish so much! I am committed to teaching you how to personalize nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices so you can get to the root cause of your health concerns and thrive once again.
Welcome to Real Food Education.
