Raspberry Faux-jito

I don't like drinking alcohol, and sometimes that has me feeling left out. Most of the time you'll find me drinking kombucha or mineral water when those around me are drinking booze. But I thought I'd spritz it up a bit to celebrate the end of summer. So I created this raspberry faux-jito mocktail to sip on.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of sparkling water

  • 1 carton of raspberries

  • Several sprigs of mint

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 oz. plain, filtered water, boiled

  • Ice

Directions:

  • Grab four 12-oz glasses and split the sparkling water evenly between them.

  • Add crushed ice to each glass

  • Add the honey to a small bowl and pour in the boiled water. Mix well until honey is dissolved. Then split the honey water evenly among the four glasses.

  • Add 8-10 raspberries and some torn mint leaves to each glass.

  • Stir well and garnish with a sprig of mint.
