A Smoothie Recipe Round-Up



When it's too hot to turn on heat-emitting kitchen appliances, I dust off my Vitamix and blend up a smoothie to keep me full and chilled. This is my sixth summer living in the Pacific Northwest, and it's been by far the hottest summer I've ever experienced in my life. Luckily, smoothies are quick and easy to make, and the cleanup isn't so bad.
