I inspire individuals to take back their health with real food so they can finally get to the root cause of dysfunction and restore wellness within themselves. I reside in Boise, Idaho where I enjoy spending time outdoors, drinking copious amounts of tea, cuddling with cats, and reading good books.

For the Love of Soup

The nights are long, the days are short, and there's a definite chill in the air. At least that's how it is in Boise. We call this 'soup weather'. I love soup weather season because soup is one of the easiest things to make. It's also very portable, so it makes for really simple work lunches.
