Make Your Own Dips, Dressings and Sauces



There are a few clean dips, dressings, and sauces that can be purchased at your local market or health food store. But most of the good ones are rather pricy and the not so good ones are loaded with rancid oils, questionable ingredients, and nasty preservatives. Do yourself a favor and make your own dips, dressings, and sauces. It's so easy! All you need is the right equipment, a kitchen and some free time.
