All About Apples

Apples have always been one of my favorite foods. I especially enjoy the tart crispness of Granny Smith apples. Which is awesome, because I'm currently in the middle of a Restart Program sugar detox, and green apples are 100% approved for consumption. I love them plain. I love them sliced and sprinkled with sea salt. I love them diced and sprinkled with cinnamon. I love them chopped up and sautéed in ghee. I love them dipped in almond butter. I love them turned into apple sauce. I love them pretty much any way I can get them.
